Enjoy the slow-paced Yin yoga focused on increasing circulation and improve flexibility.

Yin yoga focuses on connective tissues-tendons, fascia, and ligaments. The poses are mat based and tend to be held for longer periods of time. This meditative approach to yoga also helps cultivate awareness of one’s inner stillness. All levels welcome.

Please bring a mat, bolster (not essential), large towel, 2 yoga blocks and strap, warm clothing (layer), and a blanket
