Simple Sewing for Beginners – new course for Term 4!

Have you always wanted to sew but never had the confidence to get started? This 10-week sewing course offers friendly support to help you create a simple garment of your very own!

You will learn some basic skills such as using a sewing machine and cutting out patterns, while building your sewing knowledge and learning some tips and tricks to make things easier.

For the introductory session on October 5, just bring a notebook and pen while you learn about choosing patterns and materials. For the following 9 weeks, you will bring all that you need to start making your own garment. There will be lots of support and encouragement along the way.
