Regular bookings will be issued with an invoice on a term-by-term basis. Payment is required within 30 days. Please advise of changes to your booking at least 2 weeks prior to commencing.

Casual bookings will be issued with an invoice. Payment must be made prior to commencement of booking.

Public Liability Insurance

Public Liability Insurance is required for all facilitators/hirers hosting an event/activity that is open to the public and/or involves physical activity and/or for room hire requests of 10 or more dates within one calendar year. Please attach a copy of your current Certificate of Currency. Public Liability Insurance must be valid to $10,000,000.
