A friendly Pilates class to improve strength, stability and flexibility

Pilates is a form of low-impact exercises. It stems from the theories of Joseph Pilates. Pilates aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility.
All levels welcome.

Please bring your own mat, Thera Bands, balls (not essential), light hand weights 500g-1kg

Date & Time: Mondays 6pm & Thursdays 6pm
Cost: $100 – 10 sessions or casual $12 per session
