A fun and friendly Pilates class to improve strength, stability and flexibility!

Pilates is a form of low-impact exercises, stemming from the theories of Joseph Pilates. The exercises aim to strengthen muscles, improve postural alignment and increase flexibility.

Please bring the following to each class:
• Mat
• Resistance bands
• Light hand weights (500g-1kg)
• Pilates ball (optional)

All levels of experience are welcome.
