A friendly Pilates class to improve strength, stability and flexibility

Pilates is a form of low-impact exercises, stemming from the theories of Joseph Pilates. Pilates aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility.

All levels welcome. Please bring your own mat, Thera Bands, balls (not essential), light hand weights 500g-1kg

Date: Mondays and Thursdays, during school terms
Time
: 6pm
Cost: $100 for 10 sessions or casual classes $12 per session
