It has been a long journey given the relocation from Albert Street to building the brand new facility on Wilsons Road. Not to mention, the switch to online programs and what seemed like endless lockdowns! But, we are finally open and have returned to face-to-face program delivery.

We are proud to be part of the Mornington Community Hub. Our neighbours include Mornington Men’s Shed, RPP Radio, the Shire Youth Services the Corner with Oakwood School and the Peninsula Community Theatre. We are excited to collaborate with them to serve and reach our community even further.

Term 2 programs and activities

Our programs and activities include groups, learning opportunities, health and well-being activities. For Term 2, we welcome new and familiar programs and our valued facilitators and volunteers!
To see our programs for term 2 check out the Activities webpage or download our Term 2 program.

Neighbourhood House Week

What better way to open our doors, than on Neighbourhood House Week! Last year, neighbourhood houses delivered much need support to communities across Australia. This included mental, social and financial support. In fact, 96% of neighbourhood houses continued to operate throughout the 2020 lockdowns.

To celebrate neighbourhood house week, we asked our community to pop in and take a selfie with us. You can see more selfies on our Facebook page.

What would you like to see at Mornington Community House?

Our community is at the heart of the House – from our programs to our volunteers and facilitators. So we ask our community – what do you want to see at House? What types of programs, activities or workshops would interest you?
