Improve your balance, flexibility and strength with Hatha yoga
Hatha yoga begins with Pranayama (breathing practices) then focusing on a series of movements known as Asana (postures). Hatha yoga can help with balancing hormones while creating a feeling of calm. Finish the session with Shavasana (relaxation). Beginners and intermediate yoga participants welcome.
Please bring your own mat, large towel, block and strap
