Combine mindfulness with gentle moving Hatha Yoga

This is a guided practice coordinating movement with the breath. You will learn to pay attention to the sensations in the body as you move and absorb the experience. You will practise mindfulness by staying in the moment without any judgement or expectations. As well as respecting your boundaries and treating yourself with kindness and compassion. All levels welcome. Please bring your own mat and a blanket.
