Do you need help managing your stress triggers?

In this 4 week program, you’ll develop strategies to keep cool, calm and collected. You’ll learn specific techniques helping you feel more empowered and respond to situations in new ways. Please note: this program is not available for those who have been mandated by the Court to complete an anger management program.
